I got the link by email and I tried to download your software but I cannot get it. How can I do ?

The link is a page with download on. We intend to add update features and additional information on the page.

will the system try and send the same advert to a device once it has already recieved it, for example if someone passes by, receives the advert then passes by again later on will they get a prompt to re download the advert?

If you have a successful send then the device in the database is flagged as sent and will not send again.

You will receive an email with the link to the site download page. The download is password protected which is on the page, I’ve also added the password to the email no. The password will change every now and then.

with regard to my previous question, once the advert to be sent is changed, can the devices which had recieved the old advert then be allowed to download the new item. I work at a cinema and we would like to let customers download performance information, but of course this changes weekly.

The software will not do bluetooth hotspot server routines. Probably the best way of doing this is to send out an html redirect that links to the information you want to send out. As the html redirect will only be 1k in size and the download is online the user can download if they want.

been getting multiple “freezing” followed by “ad2hand has encountered a problem . . . ”

running on a samsung nc10 notebook windows xp

When you say freezing what is actually happening to the software. Have you got other software installed and please supply your system setup (OS, .net version, driver etc)

Same problem. The software when it tries to load I get a popup saying that it has encountered a problem. I have yet been able to get the software to work. Please Help!!!!!
